Is Jewellery from Tyaani real and certified?


All our Jewellery is crafted in 22KT/18KT gold and we use Natural Syndicate Diamond Polkis. All the pieces come accompanied with a certificate of authenticity and undergo stringent checks at our inhouse laboratory.

Can I customize a Tyaani design?


We do offer customizations on all our jewellery, be it changing gemstone colour, using different metal or sizing queries, please get in touch with us on +91 70451 41062 or info@tyaani.com to assist you further.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

While placing your order, just before the check out you will have a box where you can add any comments – feel free to tell us your message there we will make sure it is added.

Do other websites or stores sell authentic, new tyaani merchandise?

No, as of now we’re only available online at www.Tyaani.com and at our stores in Mumbai, Delhi, Chandigarh and Hyderabad.

Will there be any variation in the final product?

Handcrafted items are not mass produced meaning each item has a unique display of craftsmanship. Every item has its own character offering authenticity and a guarantee that no two pieces can ever the same.
Our 'Glow By Maheep Kapoor', 'Pretty Polki' and 'INAAYT' collection pieces are handmade hence there would be slight variations in the finished product.

Does all jewellery come accompanied with a certificate?

Yes, we have all our jewellery certified by our inhouse laboratory and each piece of Jewellery comes with an accompanying Tyaani certificate.

Is all Tyaani jewellery handcrafted?

Yes, all Tyaani jewellery is handcrafted hence no two pieces can ever be identical.

What other metals than gold is used?

The color stone stringing is done using non-precious micro-plated wires. This choice is made to support the weight of the heavier stones, as 22kt gold, while exquisite, is relatively soft and may not withstand the load without compromising its integrity.

Will my tyaani purchase arrive gift wrapped?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Can I ship my order to an international location?

We provide Free and Insured Shipping to all other International Regions for orders above INR 2,00,000/-

Is it necessary to share Photo ID Copy once the payment is made?

Yes, Once the payment is made Photo ID is required for the Billing & Shipping Purpose.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Our products are individually handcrafted – as soon as you place your order we begin creating your piece of art. This takes anywhere from 4-5 weeks so you can expect your order within a month of it being placed. Our team will also constantly be in touch with you – updating you about the progress and when you can expect delivery.

For international Shipping orders

If the client refuses the shipment and it returns to India, we are not liable to accept it back nor pay any duties related, and no refund will be issued.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

How do I make returns or exchanges?

We accept exchanges of upto 75% of the purchase value of the jewellery for lifetime and upto 70% of the purchase value for Cashback.

For International Orders, The Jewellery Products have to be brought back to India by the Customer. Tyaani will not be able to recall the jewellery back to India once shipped.

How do I avail Cashback or Returns?

In case of Money back 70% of the Invoice Value would be refunded, the payment shall be made by way of an account payee Cheque/Bank Transfer within 15 days of receipt of product along with Certificate and Invoice subject to quality confirmation and acceptance.

Would I be able to avail the Gold Appreciation?

Yes the Gold Appreciation will be accounted for at the time of resell.

What are the Import Duty Charges for International orders?

Any other import duties or charges levied in the destination country of the shipment has to be borne by the customer as per actuals. These taxes and duties are subject to change.

What if I would like to postpone the delivery date?

Once your products are ready and team Tyaani updates you on your order being ready, the balance amount needs to be paid within 7 working days. If the balance payment is delayed due to any reason from the customer's end, the customer will be charged for the product based on the prevailing gold rate or whatever rate that is higher on the new dispatch date, provided the gold rate has increased. The customer must notify Tyaani by Karan Johar of any potential delays and propose a new dispatch date. The company reserves the right to confirm or reject the proposed date based on operational factors. This clause does not apply to delays caused by unforeseen events beyond the customer's control, such as natural disasters or pandemics. By agreeing to these terms, the customer accepts the potential additional charges due to delays from their end.

How to pay for International Orders?

For International Orders, payments will be received only in USD.

Please note that cards (credit or debit) issued in India will not be accepted for any international orders.

Can I pay on EMI Basis?

The full payments needs to be made within 60 days from once the goods are ready and approved. If the payment is not made within 60 days, there will be a deduction of 30% as restocking fees, and the rest will be refunded.
